We will make sure your items will be brought to you in the best condition possible, however, since our products are considered perishables, there may be instances that items spoil during shipping or delivery.
We don’t allow replacement of items, however, we do issue eCoupon Credits for spoiled or damaged goods upon the delivery of your items. Notify the rider of your complaint, or take a picture of damaged items and email the picture us within the day and once verified, we will send you an eCoupon Credit which you can use for your next order.
Here is a sample scenario:
1. You place an order for some mangoes = 135.00 , a pack of lettuce = 150.00, 4 oranges = 160.00, a pack of lemons = 120.00 and some carrots = 35.00, you get a checkout total of P600.00. You choose COD as a payment method, then place your order.
2. When we finally deliver your order, pay the rider P600 for the COD. You then thoroughly check the items you bought and notice that the pack of lettuce is damaged or a bit spoiled. You MUST then take a picture of the damaged lettuce, email or contact us immediately within the day and we will send you a P150.00 eCoupon credit which you can use on your next purchase.
