  1. EVERYONE IS TO OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING DURING DELIVERY.
    To maintain proper SOCIAL DISTANCING, checking of items during delivery might not be possible. Some items might be unsatisfactory for reasons such as “nainitan sa byahe” or “may bulok” or just mishandled by courier. These are not intentional and normal in produce delivery service.
  2. NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE
    During this lockdown. Customers who placed orders agrees to wait for a CONFIRMATION CALL (usually 24 to 48 hours max) and will be given a date to expect delivery of their items.
  3. REFUNDS ON CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
